Shipping & Insurance

All orders are insured without exception & are shipped via USPS Priority (1-3 day shipping) from Saluda, Virginia.

Free Shipping = Orders $25 & over & $5 Flat Rate Shipping = Orders under $25

We ship from Saluda, Virginia, United Stated to any of the 48 Contiguous United States. To be Clear; We Do Not Ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

Please Use A Physical Address, Do Not Use A P.O. Box if you are able.

Processing & Delivery

All of Our orders are processed, prepared, packaged, & personally delivered to USPS in 1-2 days time. USPS then ships orders, typically delivering the order at a Customers Physical Address in 1-3 days.

Delays

USPS & Our(rare) times may vary slightly as We are unable to predict delays of any kind that may affect an estimated delivery due to weather, lead times, Covid etc. When delayed on the carriers end, An increase of 3-5 days or longer may occur & it is the responsibility of USPS &/or your tracking app to notify you. In the rare event when delays on our end have occurred impacting your estimated delivery date. An increase of 1-2 days may occur. In any such an event, we will personally notify you via email, messenger, text, or call. Delays may also occur due to nationwide & global shipping delays, inclement weather, holiday volumes.

Tax

As a small handmade business owner, it is important to understand how to properly collect & add tax to your sales. My Shop sells a variety of handmade products, including Creams & Scrubs, Wax Melts, Hand-Dipped Scented Natural Incense & More. So, to manage our e-commerce Shop, We use Ecwid by Lightspeed. This platform automatically calculates & charges the appropriate sales tax at check-out. The system takes into account Our location, the customer's location, & the applicable tax rate for each product.

Payments

We now accept PayPal & PayPal options such as PayPal credit, PayPal Buy Now, Pay Later, PayPal Checkout. PayPal offers Check-Outs & Guest Check-Outs, accepting all major credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover. As well as square credit & debit cards.

If you find your credit card is not being accepted with a message such as "The card you entered cannot be used for this payment. Please enter a different credit or debit card number." it might be due to one of the following reasons:

• Your card is associated with a specific PayPal account, & you're not logging in with that particular account.
• Your card was associated with a PayPal account that has since been closed.
• You've linked the card to a PayPal account, but have not yet confirmed it.
• You've exceeded your card limit with the PayPal system.
• Your email address is raising a red flag in PayPal's system.
• Your browser is not accepting cookies. You should clear any existing cookies & try again.

Tracking Your Order

We update Our Customers every step of the way. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an update via email, live message, or text from Us with your information. Easily track through the USPS portal making sure to allowing 24-48 hours to update if needed, the Route app, or any tracking you prefer to use.

Lost Or Damaged Order Shipment Claims

*For damaged claims, you'll need to submit to Us:

1) a photo of the entire damaged item; 2) photos of the external packaging outside of the box/envelope; 3) photos of the inside of the box/envelope with all packaging materials it originally came with.

Before Placing An Order

*Always double-check your shopping cart before submitting an order to ensure your order is error free & includes the products you intended to purchase. As much as We hope you do like a product of Ours, We do not accept returns or exchanges & an exception will not be made for a return or exchange due to not liking one of Our products or due to your skin type being that of sensitive skin, or due to an allergic reaction whether allergy was known by you or not. All of Our product listings have detailed descriptions, as accurate as possible pictures, & have full ingredients listed. Be sure to read full descriptions of Our product listings & contact Us for any further assistance before submitting your order*

If you are interested in a product of Ours but are unsure if you would like that particular product or if you have sensitive skin, We recommend trying Our sample sizes &/or one of Our smaller sizes first. Samples are a good way to get an idea of the product, but are not a 1:1 representation. Be sure to read the full descriptions when reading any product listings. All of Our listings have detailed descriptions with as accurate as possible pictures of Our products.

Check your email for your Order Confirmation. It's best to do this immediately after placing an order with Us so that you can catch any errors in real time & an attempt to contact Us for assistance asap before your order ships. If you catch the error quickly & have contacted Us in time we can fix it. *However, once an order has left Us for shipping unfortunately there is nothing We can do for you & cannot be held liable. We recommend getting in touch with Us within 2-4 hours of an order being placed. There is no guarantee you will have caught Us in time to be able to help you with fixing an issue within your order*

We have Zero Tolerance for any customers attempting to manipulate, scam, fraud, steal, &/or abuse OmniiArts. Within Our discretion, OmniiArts has the right to refuse, deny, cancel etc., any order, process, or request etc., for any reason whatsoever at any given time.
